I recently received the first shot to the gardasil treatment after going for my first annual physical to the doctor's office. I was Perfectly healthy and in shape, I ran 3 miles and/or could cycle 20 miles a day. Three days later I woke up with an extremely stiff neck and assumed I slept wrong and continued on with my daily activities. The next day I went to the mall with my sister and maybe walked around for an hour or two and came back home feeling completely exhausted. The next day I went to go for my run, and could barely make it down the street...I came home and woke up the next day with extreme nose congestion and a sore throat. Unable to breath or sleep I went to the doctor's the next day, assuming this was some reaction to the vaccine. They diagnosed me with mono and told me they were unrelated...after seeing your article I'm thinking otherwise.
The posting by sealife591 regarding the effects of Gardisil is a very disturbing statement. Before you decide whether Gardisil is right for you PLEASE look at the actual scientific research regarding this vaccine. It's not hard to find and your doctor can help you go through it to explain any terminology that's full of too much jargon. Please DON'T let someone with no logic or science make your health care decisions for you based on scary statements like the one from sealife591. Make up your own mind!!
