I have had severe breast tenderness for the last couple of days(I got my Mirena a week ago) A little cramping for a few days, and spotting-that has all gone away, but I can barely tolerate a bra, or put my arms to my sides. Has anyone had this symptom, and how long can I expect it to last?

My breasts were very tender and still are... Mine has been in for about 5 weeks.
