It seems like the drug company is giving payout's to the most amount of patients who they give this product to. My fiance was reminding me that drug companies do this when their product hasn't been widely tested. It's a quick and less expensive way to "test" the general public. My OB recommended it immediately after I had my son but I held off until after I was done breastfeeding. Maybe it is a good idea to look into the testing procedures of this product...
I as a patient did not get any benefits nor was I told that it is a test project. I paid my money to get this inserted. They probably pay the docter's practice because they claim the Insurance for Mirena but not for Paragard.
For Paragard I have to be bothered about submitting the claim to insurance.
So the trick is to make it easily available to public and test it out Maybe.
Is there any valid proof that they are testing the Mirena on us? The FDA already approved it... I know that many people are having problems with it, but there are some who are not. I don't know which group I fall into. I have had it 2 weeks and no problems, not even during the insertion. But I know that people say that it happens to them later. So I will find out when I find out if I have problems with it. But I kinda doubt that they are testing it...but maybe that's what they want us to believe ;) conspiracy theories...who knows?
If there is a class action lawsuit I would like more info. I'd love to add my testimonial of my mirena nightmare
