Hi everyone, I need help. I got Mirena inserted about 2 months ago and I feel really bad. I cannot sleep at night, I get panic attacks, numbness, fear of dying, tired all the time, headaches, crying I feel like I'm going to DIE. I cannot stand it anymore and I wasn't aware if it was from MIrena because I have felt panic attacks before but very seldom and ever since MIrena it is everyday. I want this thing out but my doctor will not have an appt for about a month. Can I remove it myself? I want it out... HELPPPPPPPP
