I took my first Flowmaxtra last night, had difficulty going to sleep, woke up feeling I had been having bad dreams, my wife tells me I was talking in my sleep ( unusual ) and I had a sinus headache, also unusual. also discovered no ejaculate. to sum up, sinus headache, disturbed sleep, no ejaculate I will settle for a reduced urine flow, I am taking no more of these pills.
