I've been taking Loestrin 24 Fe for a year now. It took about 3 months to get used to. The good things for me is that my skin cleared up, my hair was not as oily, lighter periods and no weight gain! The bad things were HEADACHES, feelings of anxiety, rapid heartbeats, moodiness, and dryness. I want to come off the pill but I am kinda fearful of what other methods to take...I guess I should talk to my OBGYN.
Hi I feel the same way!. I've been on this for over a year. I just can't stand the once the month Saturday in bed all day w/a mingraine from this pill. I'm @ the point I want to stop taking it. I've spoke w/my Dr. about it but she recommend that I continue taking the pill for 3 months straight w/out getting my period. Which I'm not in Favor of. I don't know what to do.
HELP!
I had the same issues with heart palpitations, headaches, anxiety...it was awful. I even had an EKG and ECHO because my symptoms were so bad. Heart is fine but the Loestrin had to go.
