I had all the same and more, I'd like to rebrand this crap viagra and post it off to a philandering politician. Good luck
Steve,
My experiences with Simvastatin are very similar to yours. The memory loss was one of three side effects that had a major impact on me emotionally and mentally. At the time the drug was prescribed for me I had completed my third month of recovery from quintruple bypass surgery. My wife researched on the Internet about this drug and the findings were both revealing and disheartening. I made my mind up to immediately stop taking the drug regardless what the cardiologist said. At our scheduled meeting on May 9th, 2008, I confronted the cardiologist with my Internet findings and IMPASSIVELY he shrugged his shoulders commented those side effects were true and simply wrote out another prescription and then walked out of the room. That was it, meeting over. I have opted to go the natural health foods route (not organic). For the past three months my blood pressure has averaged 112/70 with a pulse rate of 71. Needless to say I no longer experience any of the side effects associated with this drug. The major natural health foods I take are ground flax seed, niacin, fish, canola oil, tomato juice and only very lean red meat on occasion (1 per week). You might consider giving this a try. Oh by the way I was 60 when I had sudden cardiac arrest and was dead approximately five minutes. Today, September 11th, I celebrated by sixth month of recovery and thanked God for His miracle.
