What is it you don't get? Look at the number of reported responses above your post and then compare it to the number of reported responses for other drugs on this very site. THEN, read some of the negative effects people have had. If you can't fully understand them, have someone explain them to you. A bad reaction to a drug is hives or vomiting. My bicep disconnected from my arm! I was given this stuff for a sinus infection (empirically diagnosed). The other side effects I have endured are even worse and they are continuing 22 months after stopping the drug. And you have the audacity to suggest that drinking water might have helped? Or that I am in a limited number of people who have had such responses? I don't believe you are being honest with yourself or anyone else. Hell, rat poison works for some people too. It all depends on the response you want.
To inform you this drug has a BLACK BOX WARNING.
I have had horrible nightmares and pains in my knees, fingers and arms.
They say it works for 2 out of 10 people. Bad average.
Glad you did not have any problems
John
No, I don't think you are a drug rep- drug reps have to be smart- you sound stupid. But what gets me is you do not mind showing your stupidity- quess you don't know you're stupid either.
There is NO doubt you are either a drug rep or someone working for the company who distributes this poison (J&J). I mean, what are you doing here if you're NOT experiencing any side effects? I have taken plenty of antibiotics in my life and have had minor effects and had an allergic reaction to a steriod medication and never ONCE looked up side effects on a drug website. However, when I was poisoned by Levaquin almost a year ago it was the FIRST thing I did and I found thousands of posts/people in my position. You are VERY suspicious, VERY. BTW, last year there was over 3000 posts, so some have been taken down, I would bet that there have been over 5000 posts with people suffering. Next time I'm prescribed medicine and it doesn't bother me, remind me to look it up and belittle those who are inflicted with most likely permanent damage to their tendons or whatever. You're a jerk.
I have Epilepsy, why didn't the doctor (PA) or the Pharmacist warn me that it was going to cause me to have a grand-mal seizure. Since then I have had vision problems, muscle twitches and cramps, mood changes, bone pain, stabbing pains in my hads and feet. Funny that I did'nt have these problems before. Only Epilepsy and that was under control for the past 10 years.
