I've been on a lower dose of Wellbutrin XL in combination with Zoloft. Stopped taking Zoloft and upped my dose of WB to 300mg and then to 450mg. I felt good w/no side effects on the 300mg. I'm not sure if it was the WB, but after a couple weeks at 450mg, my head started to feel really weird. Not dizzy, not a headache, just feeling like I need to shake my head to clear it. I dropped back to 300mg and it's been a few days, but I've still got the weird feeling. Can't really focus. Anyone else have this feeling?? I don't know how to describe it other than maybe a head full of cotton balls.

This is exactly my symptoms. I had been on Paxil for almost 3 years and this year I wanted to stop smoking so I asked my doctor about switching to welbutrin, you know kill two birds with one stone. After 3 weeks I feel awful and the am just now putting the pieces together. After taking the welbutrin I feel nausea for hours, sometimes all day, I have a constant slight headache everyday, sometimes a migraine, I want to cry at the drop of a hat, I become VERY EASILY AGGITATED very quickly. My head feels like it is in a constant state of cloudiness. The way you described it is perfect, I could not find the words. I feel like I shake my head every couple of minutes to focus, I cannot focus on things, at least that is what it feels like. I feel like I have been hit by a truck. I also have been having some insomnia not helped my ambien. This is something also I just put together while writing this.

I am going back on my Paxil starting tomorrow. With the paxil initially the only side effect was a complete loss of appetite, I had to remind myself to eat. I am swtiching back to tomorrow.
