I have always for years used SPF45 and never had a problem until I decided to change to SPF70 w/helioplex. I love the outdoors and needed more protection. That was a huge mistake. My whole face and neck broke out in a burning rash and ended up with a swollen eye for about 3 days. I would not recommended this product to anyone. It took a lot of aloe to get rid of the rash.
