To be honest, I suffer from chronic sinusitis, and have found that taking a regular allergy pill (not the D kind with the decongestant- which I was taking for years- it keeps the fluid in the head and doesn't allow it to drain) and then using a Nedi pot to so a saline rinse. It sounds like it would hurt putting water in your nose, but you do it as a saline solution, and it doesn't hurt at all. My levaquin reaction was enough to try alternative solutions and use an antibiotic as a very last effort. Good Luck!
