I was prescribed lisinopril over five years ago and had no ill effects. Then, in the last one to two years I developed a severe rash mainly on my arms. No one seemed to know the problem. After reading all the above I have decided to try stopping this medication. The redness has seemed to be getting worse. Now certain areas in the rash rupture and bleeds profusely.
YES I HAD BEEN TAKING ENAIPRIL FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND JUST THE PAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN ITCHING AND BREAKING OUT. THE ITCHING IS DRIVING ME INSANE AND I CANNOT TAKE BENYDRIL BECAUSE I HAVE ASTHMA. SO I JUST ITCH AND ITCH. I WAS HOPING THERE MIGHT BE SOME OTHER BP MED I COULD TAKE IN ITS PLACE. I AM AFRAID TO STOP TAKING IT.
