Ive been taking berocca for almost a year now. but not really taking it straight like once in a day for a year, but there was also a time that i skip for a month. Im a recreational biker and there was a month that i took berocca 2 week straight and i take it during night time before i sleep so ill be pump up for the ride in the morning. After the two week straight this is where the symptoms took place i am having a manageable pain on my lower right rib (the part where my last rib ends), my wife told me its the liver part on that area of the body. I was thinking its just a muscle pain on one of my bike rides. but i stopped taking it not because of the pain but its because i run out of stock. I already forgot about the pain but after a month i bought the vitamins again i drank one tablet and hit the road, while on my bike i felt the pain on my lower right rib again. but this time it made me think its not a muscle pain at all because its been 3 weeks i stopped biking. Just today when i want to just bike around the city. I haven't gone to the doctor yet/

Hi, I was wondering if the side effects could have anything to do with the aspartame in berocca? I have always used berocca on and off over the years -- and although I didn't have any problems (except nausea if I had it on an empty stomach) I stopped taking it because of the aspartame content. Visit www.DORway.com and this might tell you if your symptoms match any. Aspartame seems too risky too me...avoid it if you can!!!
