hey well iv taken this for 3 yrs and the side affects we either kind of ignored as something else or just whatever. but im stopping the intake of it tonight so hopefully the following side effects will go away u know? umm.. headaches dizziness fatigue confusion forgetfulness lack of focus nausea for about 5 min a time shakiness aches in leg muscles Sever Stomach Aches AND Chest Pains trouble sleeping much grouchier.. just thought it was a teenage thing used to have good skin...now i have freaking acne
