I stopped this poison a year ago and have found that nearly all my symptoms, similar to yours, have got a lot less. I am a lot older than you, at 60, and have found that one of the problems I am still left with is pain in the left side of my neck. I find I can sort of prevent this by not carrying heavy items, or pushing heavy shopping trolleys. SItting at the computer for too long a time is not good. Somehow the strain, believe it or not, of using the mouse sets up a tightness through the arm to the neck region.
As regards BP I have found that stress(and facing the doctor) raises it!! One has to keep calm! I hope you improve soon
Cheers.
My GP clown was filling me up with this med and others. I almost carked it in the end. Took myself off all meds bought a BP meter and guess what? With no meds and at complete rest ie B4 getting up in the morning BP 106/70 pulse 45 without medicine and this clown was lowering my blood pressure further. I screamed white coat hypertension for 2 years on deaf ears. Mate they are not bad. CU New Zealand.
