yes, panic attacks and anxiety were my #1 worst symptom of this pill. my advice to you is to go off as much sugar and caffiene as you can and do you your research on panic/anxiety. relax and know that when the anxiety/panic body symptoms and scary thoughts come, they are not you - just anxiety. it can be a struggle, but they will go away.

i was acutally on yaz, but my dr told me it was the same as yasmine except that it had a smaller amount of estrogen. just wanted to be clear about that.

my symptoms: i thought i was having an asthma attack or possibly pneumonia. i was very weak in my arms and legs with ANY kind of exercise, even walking across the room. in the days prior to my going to the ER, i had extreme heartburn, a "full" feeling in my chest, i had an episode or two of heart racing and beating so hard i felt like i had just sprinted a mile. while i was in the hospital, i started experiencing upper back pain. i DID NOT have any pain in my legs or pelvic area, which is where they suspect the original clot originated. i had to put on an anxiety pill after getting out of the hospital, but i am off of it now.
