VERY drowsy and sleepy. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT even think about driving when taking this medication.

Pseudophedrine usually acts as more of a stimulant. Drowsiness is usually a result of the cold because your body is using more energy fighting off the infection than when you're in normal health. Medications affect people differently, but I plan on having no problems operating a vehicle when using pseudophedrine.
