My sister had this exact thing happen to her and the nurse who posted the saline shots is totally right. It took three doctors to find the one that knew that injecting the site with saline to clean off the crystals that eat at the flesh is the solution. Apparently most doctors have no idea what this is. It takes about 8 sessions, and once the crystals are wiped from the skin, then the body will begin to fill in the dent. No one ever mentioned this as a side effect and apparently happens when you tense up and the shot is improperly administered

Thanks for your reply. One dermatologist said it might work and another said it might cause scarring. I kind of felt that saline should be pretty safe. I am tryining it and praying for good results.
I also have a dent do to Kenalog injection. Mine is on my face, so I am very desperate for a solution. Would like to know who to contact for information on this saline injection treatment
