I had my Mirena IUC put in last October, yes it hurt but my cycle is MUCH better. I went from full heavy for ten days to three barely using a light tampon. Now though im to the point of no period and its scaring the crap out of me. I had perigard which made my period horrible and it had to be surgically removed. Mirena us much better but for the absence of my period. I love the fact of not taking pills all of the time, and not having to deal with birth control constantly. I personally at twenty seven am not ready to have a tubal ligation. I am curious though how i can get my period back..For my own sanity of knowing im not pregnant with baby number three..
