I am a 56 year old woman who has been taking lisinopril for over 5 years! I have been taken by ambulance to the er and have fainted several times. Also experienced hives for months at a time and severe muscle weakness. The pins and needles feelings i could live with until it felt like someone was sticking me with a knife! I visited a heart dr. last week and he told me to immediately get off this medicine. I will go back and see him tomorrow and will be switched to a new medicine. I wish I had found this forum sooner.
