Hey all, i had the shot about a couple of months ago to help with my allergies. The shot did not seem to help and the nurse who administered it said nothing about any side effects, so i figured it was completely safe. A couple of weeks ago in the shower i noticed an indention on my right butt cheek where the injection site is. I had no idea what was going on until my mother told that she had heard that it was one of the side effects of the shot. After reading the many postings on this site, i feel as though to many women have had to experience the same thing, with no doctors every telling of the side effects. I don't believe it is right for a shot to be administered if the patient has not been informed.
