My dog was prescribed Cepro on 10/8/2008
500 mg 2 capsules am
1 capsule pm
Stopped giving him the drug after he started to vomit three days later
Symptoms:
Vomiting, heavy breath, exhaustion.
13 Oct --
Refuses to eat.
Sudden drop in quantity of urine.
Refuses to drink.
Bloating of stomach.
A bit of seizures.
Death.
Wow, I'm very sorry for your loss, first off. Secondly, I was just recently prescribed Cipro and that is the amount *I* was given as an adult!!! I don't know how large/small your dog was but that just seems a high dosage for one.... (I could be wrong)
