hi im a 32 yr old with 2 children and had the mirena coil fitted due to heavy periods. i had it fitted about 8 wks ago and a couple of wks later found myself becomin extremely ill, i have severe chest pains and a crushing feeling in my chest like someone is sitting on it i also have had an on going headache which can last up to 4 days a time, i get pains in my arms including pins and needles and also painfull legs especially at night when at rest. All of these symptoms have caused lots of problems with my life and my relationship has recently come under strain as i have visted the a&e depatment at least 15 times in the last few wks with chest pains. i have just read your comments and can't beleive what i am hearing. my doctors have done numerous tests including ecg's, heart echos and found nothing which just left me feeling more and more frustrated, has anyone else suffered with chest pain??? after reading all these comments on this site i will be callling my doctors in the morning to get this removed straight away. My doctors made me feel like i was going crazy and made me feel like a hypocondriact. Claire
