Hi my daughter suffered for a long time with pain in her stomach, gassiness etc and her doctors just referred her to a gastrointerologist. He found nothing other than a dietary change. I did end up taking her off the med because of all the other horrible side effects and miraculously her stomach ache dissappeared too. Consider that the doctors are clueless with this medication and do yourself a favor and find something else to help you. It made my 10 year old suicidal! Off of it for 7 months and back to normal.
