I feel the very same way you are describing-I also take Toprol XL 50mg. at bedtime-I have a hard time in the morning getting going so like you I broke the pill in half, well I did that for a week then one day my heart rate went up to 255 talking about a frightening experience. So now I just pray and ask God to help me every day-just like you I understand the dizziness and lack of energy and I teach adults everyday so I need all of me in that classroom.

I am 41 on 100mg Toprol and 40 Benicar and HZTZ, Plavix, 325 asprin...and I FEEL LIKE CRAP!

Oh I did NOT mean to sound flippant about something as serious as a brain aneurysm! I did take half a pill the last couple nights and have been feeling better. All I have is high blood pressure. I DON'T watch TV news as I would maybe start throwing things!
