I have had the Mirena in for about a month and at first I thought it was going to be great. The insertion was not bad on me and I was told I would spot a little. Well, I am still bleeding everyday heavily. I have acne like I did as a teen and I am 23, my face is greasy, I am bloated and crampy all the time and I just don't ever feel good, I have been watching what I eat and exercising but have not dropped a pound and before whenever I worked at it I lost weight fast. Always tired, sore and depressed. I am in the process of moving on Halloween and I will be finding a new gyno because the gyno I had said I need to "give it more of a chance"
