Who should you sue for a perscription medication for which you obviously didn't read the documentation that comes with every perscription no matter where you get it. You should take the blame. We need to stop this litigeous behavior every time something doesn't quite go right. Be happy that you there have been no residual effects. Suing hurts all of us, including you. And believe me, it is no quick recipe and no guarnateed settlement, no matter what the ambulance chasing torts lawyers will tell you.
Imflyboy, you are wrong! not all drugs are given with warining documentation, I was so sick and when my Dr. said he was giving me an antibiotic, I did not question him, It would'nt have helped any way he just responds to all of my questions with a "trust me, I'll make you better" answer. I had no clue it could cripple me! He faild to include side effects and warnings with the samples! When I complained of side effects. Dr. did still did not say a word about side affects. Now tendon damage and alot of rehab to recover. Who would have thought an antibiotic could do this much damage?
