I am so glad I found this website...I've had the Mirena for about 2 months now and my cramps are much better along with having lighter periods. But, I've been experiencing terrible mood swings and my migraines have been coming more frequently, 3 in two weeks as opposed to 1 every 6 months. I got one last night (Halloween) and could not go out with my kids. I am done and getting this thing out next week. I'd rather live with cramps than live with non stop migraines and terrible mood swings! I guess each person reacts differently, some for the good, I was not so fortunate.
