I had Kenalog injections a few days ago for MyoFacial Pain Syndrome. They are used for Trigger Points in the body that cause severe muscle spasms. I have experienced these spasms for about three years. The first three times I had the injections I had no side effects. But the relief from the pain only lasted about three weeks. So the nurse practitioner upped the dosage the other day. Since that evening I have been suffering from chills, sweating, fatigue, lost appetite, anxiety, aching muscles, and insomnia. I wake in the night several times sweating. The pain in my upper back has subsided now but am not sure it was worth it. I called their office but have not heard back from them. Am so tired from suffering already and I hope the side effects subside very soon!

I had a period where I would wake up sweating in the middle of the night as well. I had no idea what was going on, but it's all starting to come together now. How are you doing now?
