My best friend is one of the very few who have NOT had any bad side effects from her IUD - good for her - until she called me in a panic last night and said "HOLY CRAP I AM GROWING HAIR ABOVE MY LIPS!!!" All I could do was laugh and say ... WELCOME TO MY EX-MIRENA WORLD!! ... I have been shaving my chin hairs daily for over 6mos" (LMAO)
