I'm off the statins for 11 months now and still take pain killer every day but I am very happy to say I'm now taking a little less pain killer. I still can not walk slowly for 3 ks, nor do I do my lawns or garden that I used to love. I now strongly suspect that if cholestrol is needed in every part of the body then obviuosly and conversly statins must be able to cause problems in every part of the body. I clean 6 carpets a week with my wifes help, B4 statins I cleaned 4 - 5 carpets a day without any help. My customer base is mainly elderly and this week alone in our small town i have met 3 customers all with moderate to severe reactions to statins and they did NOT know it was the satins causing the problems. 1 a strong 63 yr old man crying with pain unable to have bowel movements deeply depressed. 2 an 82 yr old lady whose doctor on discovering her memory problems is taking her license off her. 3 a 70 yr old lady whose "arthritis" energy and emotions are worsening.
