My blood pressure was sky high and i couldn't sleep for 4 nights ...

My blood pressure was sky high and i couldn't sleep for 4 nights in a row then realized it was the nuvaring too! It has been 10 days since Ive removed it and pressure is down a little but still have chest pain arm pain and shortness of breath. Was in the ER over the weekend! Do you know when (or if) things should go back to normal? I went through this with bc pill in the spring and was totally fine in 3 days!
