I went off Yasmin 4 months ago. While my period returned quickly after quitting and has been regular, the abdominal pain/cramping, greasy hair, acne (I never had acne in the past), and mild mood swings are persisting into month 5. I have especially strong abdominal pain in the morning when I wake up, which subsides a little after I urinate. Does anyone have any advice for how I can speed up my body's process of returning to 'normalcy?' The greasy hair and skin are especially frustrating, and the abdominal pain is uncomfortable. Is there some herbal supplement or something that could help??

Hi i am using althea by TRUST Family program for 3 months and i can say that this pills is working good for me. i have read lots of reviews and so far there are no bad or negative comments on the said product. it will reduce your acne and i didn't feel anything bad. this is my first time to use contraceptive pill so i cannot compare it to any products. i just read your comments here that' s why i think this pill is the best. you may try it girls. that's all!

I also experienced the intense stomach pains in the morning before going pee. They're terrible.
