First of all if you get migraines your not supposed to be taking any pill with estrogen in it. It could cause you to have seizures. I'm surprised your doctor would even prescibe it to you. You should really ask them about this. I know because my doc wouldn't give me any due to headaches. I just recently convienced him that my headaches were under control and he told me he'd let me try Yaz for 3 months to see how i did. Boy am i regreting that. But there is a thing called Migraspray it is herbal, and you spray it under the tounge and it works well. I use it and get it from my chiropractor. Getting regular adjustments on your neck also helps. At least for me. Well good luck with your headaches. Hope it helps.
Hey thanks for that. $25 in the bin im not gonna take Yasmin. I wouldn't be surprised if my doc told me to go bang my head on the wall to help my migraines as i said he's useless.
I saw my chiro today for first time and am trying to keep common headache food triggers to a minimum. Been going for a week with no chocolate, avocado, or caffiene and i must say i already feel a bit better (i dont even crave them that much coz i know it may help my head).
We gotta have drugs as our last resort not as the first i cant understand when GP's dont advise us of that. Im gonna look out for that migraine spray thanks for that
hope you stay healthy!
