Thank God for this site and others. I have been on Lisinopril for about a week. The third day I woke up and couldn't speak. Felt like i was getting the flu. lost 6 days work for the first time in 20 years. Have been to the Clinic twice because of bad dry cough,fever,weaker by the day,can't sleep,BP 90/50 yesterday and ox level was only 96%.They wanted to put me in the hospital. Then a new Clinic Dr. suggested in might be the Lisinopril. I stopped taking it yesterday and i really believe this med. is the cause of all my problems. I honestly have felt this week that i could have died from this, I have never been this sick. I am also very angry,not only did i loose lots of money from not working, but more money on meds to treat pneumonia, but to put me through all this. i am very glad to read about other people who have had real issues with this drug. Hopefully in a days I will start to feel better.
