These fit my symptoms to a tee. I have COPD and taking Advair 250/59 along with Spiriva. I have had severe pain in my lungs or chest area and also have severe cramping in my feet and they become distorted, especially at night. I also have a constant cough. I think I will try going off of this medicine and see what happens. I have an appt. with my Pulmonary Dr. Monday, Dect. 29 and hopefully he will confirm I should stay off of it. I wish I would have looked this up months ago. I was worried sick over this. I went to my Primary care physician but he said it is probably a muscle problem and had pneumonia and they said it was probably Pleurisy. I guess we must make sure our Doctors check us out better than we do. I had a feeling it might be either the Ad-vair or the Spiriva.
