I have experienced so many of the side effects mentioned in all these posts. I have another one to add.....3 or 4 days after starting a new pack, my urine develops the worst odor possible! It smells like the nastiest public toilet imaginable! At first I thought the toilet needed serious disinfecting, imagine my horror when I realized it was me! A day or 2 after starting the sugar pills, no more odor! What the heck??? Has anyone else had this awful side effect?

I too had the stinky urine, bad bloating, cramps, brutal headache lasting for days, but has subsided now. I have been on them for almost 3 months now, but I am thinking of switching to something else. I also have gained weight, the weird nightmares, basically most of what everyone has expressed. I definatley want to switch....any recommendations?

yes I have, it was awful! I am thinking of changing pills. I have also had the headaches,cramps, bloating, weight gain...most of what people have posted.
