Our 45 yr old daughter has been on Yaz for 2 months and had a MASSIVE STROKE last Mon. She doesn't smoke, drink, and weighs 112 lbs. Her blood pressure and cholesterol levels are perfect. Her doctor gave her this medication not for birth control but change of life problems and fibroids, etc. Be very very careful with this medicine. She had no time to call for help!!!! She was not depressed, in fact she was going to college to become a LVN.
