Hi, I had severe backache from this stuff too. Can you explain when your backache went away my has gotten better (I am now on day 2 of not taking Bactrim) but, I still have a hard time sitting in the same postion for a long period of time. My pain is right at my spine in my tail bone and even a little upward but still on the spine. When I first experienced it on Saturday I felt like I was being torn apart right down my spine and all the way up my neck. Like I said it has gotten more tolerable and is no longer up to my neck but, I have 3 kids and run a daycare from my home and I really need to know if this will go all the way away.
