I have been on 1500 mg of lithium day and never really had too many side affects but recently i have been gettin really bad headaches,anyone else have this problem?

I have the same issue, and am on the same milligrams. My doctor doesn't want to decrease Lithium, because it's at a barely effective level, and she doesn't want to give me anything for the headaches because I am new to Lithium, so we're still testing my mood. Let me know what you do to resolve your issue. Thanks.

my prob is solved they decreased my lithium to 1200 mg 600mg in the morning and 600 in the pm..No more stomach aches for me im so happy!!!!
