I HAD MIRENA IUD PLACED IN FEBRUARY 2008. MARCH 28, 2008 I WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH BLOOD CLOTS IN BOTH LUNGS. I HAVE NOT BEEN THE SAME SINCE.I HAD TO STAY IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 21 DAYS DUE TO THIS KILLER MIRENA. I HAD SEVERE BREAST PAINS, AWFUL CRAMPS AFTER IT WAS INSERTED, DEPRESSION[SEVERE], HEADACHES, STOMACH PAINS WEIGHT GAIN, NAUSEA,TROUBLE BREATHING,AND ONLY LORD KNOWS WHAT ELSE. I FOR SURE WOULD LIKE TO BE IN ON A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALL OF MYMEDICAL RECORDS!!!

have you had children yet? They warn against putting an IUD in if you haven't had kids yet!

I also had a serious problem related to Mirena. A couple of a days ago I had to be operated because of an ectopic pregnancy (or "tubal pregnancy) and internal bleeding. I am gathering all the medical records and I definitely want be part of class action lawsuit.

Please let me know what is the next step. Bayer needs to compensate us for our losses and uncessary pain AND they need to stop selling Mirena. I hope no other women will experience any of the terrible side effects.
