The only thing I felt was nausea for the first month. If I missed a pill I will have spotting and cramps. I have put on 2 or 3 lbs. but ladies stop blaming the pill, you have to learn to control your appetite and diet. If you research it the actual pill doesn't make you fat duh! I like Femcon Fe and I'll continue to use it!

Thing is, my appetite is controlled. I continue to eat exactly the same as I did 3 months ago, before I started taking Femcon. I am hungrier, but I also know the consequences of eating more, so I have laid off. Birth control CAN affect weight, so please, stop accusing us of all being hungry cows (granted, you did not say those exact words, but the meaning is still the same). Significant increases in estrogen can increase water retention and bloating. I've gained ten pounds and three pant sizes, even though my diet and exercise has remained the same for five years (and somehow managed to stay the same all five years, until this point).
