I too had all of these symptoms. I went to my o.b., g.p. and dermo. numerous times and finally figured out it was the mirena. I had three lupus tests, thyroid tests, blood work, etc. I had hair loss that has since developed into lichen plano planaris which is the body's reaction to a drug or hormone. My dermo. can't specifically say it's from Mirena but she says it fits. All of my other symptoms disappeared soon after removal (May 08) but I am still battling the hair loss and the LPP. Good luck!
