I have been on Yaz for almost two years. The first year was convinced it was a miracle pill because all my PMDD symptoms disappeared. Since April of this year I have been walking up around 5 am and throwing up. I am on day six of my January pack and have had diarrhea or vomited in the morning. I know 100% I am not pregnant because I use the Yaz as directed and condoms. However I since bc convinces your body your pregnant I think I am experiencing morning sickness. I have talked to several doctors, a nurse, and a pharmacist about this issue and they all think it is highly unlikely I could be experiencing a side affect after having none for so long but I think they are wrong. I have a big training event a t work coming up in February and don't want to go off bc or start another because I'm scared of the PMDD getting bad. HELP!

I think what you are experiencing is gallbladder disfunction. I've been on Yaz (Yasmin in Canada) for two years, and have had similar bouts of vomiting until all i could eat was rice bread. I was told 2 days ago that I'll have to get my gallbladder removed. Don't wait - STOP taking this evil drug.

I took yaz for almost 1 year. during that time i experienced depression and anxiety problems that were not present before taking this birth control. these things started showing up 2-3 months after starting this med. I have been under treatment for both of those and things have improved alot for me. several months ago i decided to discontinue the birth control and i feel 100% better. i am still on the anxiety and depression meds, but stopping this medication has helped even more on top of it. my sex drive is back, which is great because it took a long time off. i would never recommend this birth control. i would recommend stopping it or changing to another. the depression and anxiety problems can affect alot of other parts of your life. good luck
