Just had laprascopic surgery to remove a borderline ovarian tumor...

Just had laprascopic surgery to remove a borderline ovarian tumor the size of a 6-7 month baby yesterday. I've been taking Lisinopril-HCTZ 10-12.5 for about 2 years now and have posted on this site before regarding my symptoms. Since this med works on the kidneys/adrenal glands and adrenal glands regulate some hormones I am wondering now about the possible connection between this med and my sudden cyst/tumor. The tumor was actually my left ovary enlarged to that size! Although benign, my very first symptom of this cyst started exactly when i began the med. It grew pretty rapid over a two year period. I have found no proof or mention anywhere and every doctor looks at me like I'm crazy, but my entire life I have NEVER had issues with my menstrual cycle or even much pain. After I began this med, I HAD to use ibuprofen every period. I began my cycle at 11 and not until 34 did I have issues - same time I began Lisinopril/HCTZ. Are their any women who are having female problems since taking this? Of course, the heart palpitations, arm and leg aches (like those of growing pains when you were a kid), dizziness, anxiety, depression, irregular sleep habits that I cannot break, increase appetite for mostly meats and proteins, some mild hair loss, abdominal cramping/tingling, hands and feet numbness, shoulder/neck pain, overall achyness, sudden/rash emotional extremes, even suicidal thoughts I know are side effects of this med.

Well, I noticed a lot of pain/aching/stinging in my left ovary area for about the last year and I have been taking lisinopril for around 2 years. Also, my periods involve a lot more cramping than I remember having before. In addition, I have been experiencing a lot of general muscle aching since I started taking it....and I wake up most morning with my hands, wrists and arms feeling rather numb or tingly. Sometimes when I wake up, my arms (near my elbows) actually hurt a lot, like I was doing 500 pull-ups the day before. All exercise tires me out quickly, and I used to be very athletic and active prior to when I started taking it, and did not have these problems before. My muscles feel heavy and lethargic when I am lifting weights or working out. It helps my blood pressure wonderfully, but I really wonder about all of the other things. When I mention these problems to doctors, they don't say anything about it at all, or just look at me like I am a hypochondriac or a nutjob or something.

I to was given this medicine for bp that i never really had before but I have panic attaks. So my doctor gave me meds for that and this horrible pill for my b/p. Even though I never thought to hurt myself ever while going thru my panic attacks this pill made u want to hurt yourself. I am never taking it again. I want to really tell my doctor off because she said the most it will give you is a cough. Its given me a rash, and make you confused and if I didn't read people blogs to see how it messed up other people. I would still be taken this crap. I have changed my eating habits and I exercise regularly now and I plan on doing that for now on. I see my doctor on Monday and after I tell her off I am going to be looking for another one.
