I have been taking this drug for almost 4 days, 2x a day at 100mg...

I had a hysterectomy just two weeks before taking the macrobid. I was prescribe the macrobid for a possible UTI which came back negative, but my doctor's PA told me to take it since I was complaining about pressure in the uretha while urinating. I took one dose - 100 mg on Saturday evening, and another two on Sunday (mother's day). On Sunday evening I got a low grade fever (100.4), ibuprophen relieved the fever. Continued to run a low grade fever for the next 2 days, on Tuesday night my fever spiked to 103.5, I though I was going to die, have not take the medication today and my fever has not returned. I am not taking this medicine again, the reaction is not worth it. Besides I did not have a UTI so why I was suggested to take the medication is beyond me. Also I have had this terrible headace, backache, neckache and my EYES are very sore.
