my three year old daughter has been coughing in her sleep for a few months now so her doc prescribed her singulair because he believes she has asthma. now she is grinding her teeth in her sleep as well. i was wondering if anyone else experienced these side effects. she has only been on singulair for 3 days now and it seemed to start that very first night. e-mail me at ****** if u have any info

Yes, when my daughter first started taking this "poison" as my husband now calls it, she was grinding her teeth. That was one of the first things we noticed early on. Then came the night terrors and stomach aches. I would not take the risk with this medication. Ask your doctor if there is anything else that can be taken.
