I have been on atenolol for 6+ years. I am soo tired all the time...

Me too buddy and I wish I had never started especially as my BP on the heart web site was actually only on the high side of normal. Now I have Psoriasis to add to the unpleasantness

Hi, I was on atenolol for nearly two years, with all your symptoms, got home from work and just sat on the couch and slept, no get up and go,at all, slept badly had absolutely no sex drive, so much so it nearly ruined my relationship, i ached all over and seemed as weak as a kitten, got my GP to change to carvedilol, symtoms lessened but still there,so am weaning myself off it, doc says go for it but have to check my bp every fortnight,at this time running at 130 over 80 with a pulse of 71,im 63 and overweight by55 pounds ,and am trying like **** to lose it .hope you can get some relief
