I too have been on aviane for three months to help with heavy periods, which made me anemic.
I have never felt worse in my life! I have non stop, intense nausea. I can't stand it anymore. I have lost about 10 pounds because I can't eat hardly anything at all. I can't enjoy anything, because I always feel on the verge of heaving. I was on a birth control pill years ago, and don't remember being nauseated at all. The first two months, I also had horrible migraine like headaches, which I have never had in my life.
I am seeing my doctor in two days and will ask for alternatives to bc pills, like maybe a d & c. I am 46 and probably shouldn't be taking birth control pills anyway.
I just want to feel like I'm living again. I've been thinking that I'm dying, but I really think it's the aviane. I didn't feel sick before I started taking it.
Just FYI, I was on Alesse for a month right before Aviane. The pharmacist swithched me to Aviane (noone asked him to, but he did), and I didn't feel very good on the Alesse, either. I was nauseous on it, too.
Hopefully, I will feel like a person again, soon.
