Always keep in mind that we are ALL out here for you! I am almost at 3 years (next month) and know exactly where you are coming from. I have daily muscle and tendon pain...now worse in one heel that really had not been that bad up until just recently. I probably should have another MRI since it's been almost two years since my last one. YOU know what happened and although most drs will not acknowledge that this drug is the culprit there ARE some out there who are getting educated and who will listen....believe me I have fired several drs now....especially when I get the "well, you know only 1% of patients who take this drug have any kind of adverse reaction". line....Yeah? Well, guess what, meet Mrs 1% ok!!!! It is terribly frustrating and even now, no one can tell me if it will get any better or worse.....so please don't despair. You are not alone...there are many of us and we all understand where you are right now. Check out this website, www.floxintoxin.com and read about this person's journey and all the info she has to impart. She has tried so many different vitamins etc....I have started to try some and if she had not documented all of her tirals, it would have taken me months to figure out what to even try. Keep your head up..don't let it win! You have a beautiful life and even though it's hard, there are people out there who will support and listen. One thing I do is volunteer and help people who can't help themselves through the Meals on Wheels program. It soemtimes hurts afterward, but I look at it like I can still get myself out of bed (altho painfully), and can feed myself, shop for my family etc. It helps me take the focus off of my own issues and problems and lifts my spirits knowing that I helped someone. Take care, and stay strong. You can!!! Liz
